This design offers a vertical travelling cutting beam supported by 3 pairs of rollers that ensure mooth controlled movement. Most importantly the rake angle of the blade is adjustable by simply one press of a keylock button. Flattening out this angle allows the machine to minimize distortion to the cut piece, particularly noticeable when cutting narrow strips. Blade gaps are set via a dial on the front of the machine and the backgauge is a 1000mm electrically operated type as standard.
